Pros

free snacks, dinner, Cab facility at night. Hardly any variables in CTC. In fact components are more inclined towards saving you from taxes. Durind Covid, nobody was fired, or any cuts in salary. Otherwise have seen Developers getting fired in 5 mins if they recently joined and iris couldnt align them in a project in 2-3 months. Ofcourse 3 months extra salary was given to them for free, and all of them i know got jobs within 20 days. I think its a perk. Work life balance.

Cons

Buying medical insurance from outside is a must in this company. They charge you 15-18k per year and then give 3 lakh family cover from star health insurance with so many terms and conditions and loopholes that you will never be able to utilize a penny of it. You can avail Same health cover with 6 lakhs cover and ambulance facility from star health in less than 8k rupees directly on retail. On top of it HR's wont help as company has their own brokers for mediclaim and they wont even release you if you are a male, no matter how bad medical situation you or your family is going through. A 2 month pregnant female was let go within a week after her resignation.
