      Okay-ish Consultancy Firm but Frequent Policy Changes - Lead Engineer Iris Software Employee Review

      Pay on time, Transparent Management

      Cons

      One of the biggest Pros of the company was WFH policy. They offered permanent WFH but have suddenly changed policy and asking employees to relocate. Almost negligible increment in last 3 years. Very few leaves. Lack of projects. Managers turn hostile if you ask for change of work.
