Pros

Some of the most exciting clients in APAC region - Heineken, Adidas, Johnnie Walker - who do interesting digital content and on-ground activations for their campaigns.

Cons

Abusive management - I have had things said to me that shouldn't be said by management from each of the different departments and the HR rested on their laurels when I spoke to them. SG may have terrible laws to protect workers and no unions but you'll think there's such a thing as commonsense and being reasonable. Guess not. Besides that, it seems like they have no clue how to make iris profitable; that is, until Cheil bought them. Everyone is overworked with no proper time to think through what makes a good campaign. The planning team seems extraneous. You have to work with good planners from elsewhere and you can tell the difference!
