      The demands rise suddenly, and so does the workload. It can be very exhausting to work for these people at the time. You barely get enough sleep during the night, and you will be exhausted after each workday with no energy to do anything else.

      Great environment to work in, core staff like second Family, you are rewarded well without the stress of asking

      Cons

      There were no negatives with the Company, the company is growing and some newcomers did not live up to what they stated they could do
