      There were no negatives with the Company, the company is growing and some newcomers did not live up to what they stated they could do

      The experience you get can help you find a better job. Still do your best then find a better one.

      Cons

      There's no career growth, no pay increase either. You'll get stuck in the same position and pay even when you've worked here for a few years. You won't see any improvement in your life if you stay here so get what you need then leave.
