      Thank you for your comments. The transformation we initiated last year did sadly result in a number of colleagues leaving Iress, and we know this was, and continues to be, difficult for people.       People, Good central office (Melbourne) Staff benefits are ok

      Cons

      Engineering management is a let down - poor behaviours, micromanagement, lack of trust - the list can go on. Seems to get swept under the carpet or ignored so patterns continue to fester and have for years.
