Iredell Health System is a great company to work for. With the hospital being nonprofit, I feel the focus is on excellent patient care and employee satisfaction. The leaders are amazing to work with and encourages you to grow in your career. I love that the President & CEO - Mr. John Green is located on the hospital campus and has a open door reputation, come on in attitude. He welcomes all new hires on your first day of orientation and makes you feel very welcomed. You don't often see this in the bigger for profit hospitals.
