Pretty willing to give you an opportunity if you lack experience. Most of the team is friendly and willing to help.
Cons
A company that subscribes to core values that sound great but are never adopted. Upper management doing a lot of micro management and lacking leadership skills. Once working there you realize that what you get is not what you signed up for. Upper management is close only to a few other people and the rest are numbers.
