Good and fun coworkers - Only good part about the job

Pay is good (relatively) Bulk time off in-between work Low work load on 9/10 projects they run so lots of down time if you need to study etc

The management team in Dubai lacks gender diversity, with very few women in leadership roles in their Dubai office. Additionally, the medical and operations teams in Dubai come across as inexperienced and unprofessional. There is a clear disregard for employee retention, as management seems to view staff as easily replaceable rather than valuing their contributions and investing in their growth. The medical and operations teams in Dubai demonstrate a lack of professionalism and expertise, often making them come across as amateurs. The things that happens on projects that managers in head office are fully aware of would surprise any other business Iqarus reputation in general, whenever I meet a staff who worked with them they all roll their eyes after saying Iqarus
