Terrible Management - New Product Specialist Ipex Management Employee Review

Everything about IPEX is great so far!

There are no major cons

- Easy to not do much work because leadership in marketing doesn’t know what they’re doing - Low expectations - get your experience within 2 years and apply somewhere else. Don’t get stuck here otherwise it’s career suicide - basic high school reporting, you can micro retire here while working

- No growth, false promises just to keep you where you are until they find a replacement for you - Your years of experience at ipex doesn’t matter, if you speak up for what’s right you’ll get fired with no reason (happened to many of my colleagues who were amazing at what they do) - only if you’re related to someone in leadership can you grow in your role
