A global organization that actually listens to the communities it serves. They value what staff (who work in the field) have to say and make sure their strategies align with the needs of these communities. A great place to work with passionate and committed professionals. I always learn something new.

I wish I see financial support to cover services/tools used at home as we al a fully remote org in the US.
My supervisor was extremely supportive of my team and I, and I gained several technical and soft skills throughout my experience.

I did not come across any cons during my time with the organization, though I was only contracted with a team for a short amount of time through my university.
