      Pros

      Competitive pay, decent hours. some are able to work from home.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. There is a lot of gossip that goes on with management towards employees. Micro managing and if you speak your mind, you then become a target (meaning you will be pushed out the door either because you choose to leave because you've had enough, or they will 'find' reasons to fire you.

      This is a good company to work for. The culture, opportunity to learn, and flexibility is great!

      Pros

      Great collaborative culture. The leadership takes time to show appreciation for team members. New enhanced PTO package is a huge perk. Benefits have evolved within this last year and offer very affordable coverage. I appreciate the growth this company has gone through in the past two years, not just locations, but in culture and leadership.
