      Very racist company. Will find any reason to let you go. Also horrible payroll management.

      Pros

      IAIS strives to be employee-friendly! With FRA regs and Union positions, some things are set in stone. But this railroad gives a stable career and income and has a family feel! Glad to be a part of it.

      Cons

      Have a realistic expectation if you are a craft employee. Being the backbone of the railroad, it can have long days; but something to be proud of!
