      IOTA employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields. Makes for a great environment for pursuing new projects. The company owners care about their employees and go to great lengths to generate a positive workplace for everyone.

      Cons

      The administrative and manufacturing facilities are physically separated by a few miles, which adds the challenge of staying completely connected with various departments.

      Pros

      Strong focus on product quality. Company has been investing in systems and infrastructure to grow. Brand is very well known and respected in the markets it completes in.

      Cons

      Preparation for growth has stretched current resources, however investments have been made and structure is in place for growth. Need better focus on new product development.
