Pros

-The company once maintained a positive work environment and supportive management. -Initial opportunities for learning and development were present, especially for interns and newer staff.

Cons

- Overly Restrictive Policies: Recent management changes have introduced strict and unwarranted rules, discouraging informal communication and even limiting recreational breaks. This restrictive environment diminishes employee morale and collaboration. - Contradictory “Family” Culture: While the company claims to foster a family-like atmosphere, policies frequently discourage employee relationships and shift patterns as soon as colleagues become close, which feels inconsistent and counterproductive. - Minimal and Unjustified Compensation Growth: Despite strong performance over time, salary increments are minimal and do not reflect an individual’s true contributions. Advancement and raises appear to be influenced more by favoritism than merit or results. - Dismissive Approach to Employee Feedback: Employees who raise legitimate concerns about compensation or retention are often met with indifference, indicating management's lack of commitment to addressing employee well-being or maintaining staff loyalty. - No Recognition for Experience or Tenure: The organization has standardized tasks across all levels, disregarding years of experience and specialized skill. This leaves more experienced staff feeling undervalued and reduces the motivation to contribute long-term. - Weak Retention Efforts: Employees who decide to leave are not actively encouraged to stay, and there is a general lack of initiatives to retain experienced talent. This attitude risks losing valuable institutional knowledge and skilled staff.
