Pros

I can't think of any. Free parking is nice

Cons

Where do I begin? Other posters are exactly right. It seems like a good place when they take you on a tour, but then you learn how things really work...or not work. I have no idea how these guys are staying in business. I agree with other posters on their assessment of leadership. There is none. Three clueless guys lucked out and own the company and have no idea how to run it...They even said so themselves during a class. They appointed 4 people to run the company who have very little experience. They are very threatened by knowledgeable people. You cannot speak up when things aren't going well or you are the next to go. They have one large contract but that will go away soon I am sure. They are trying the advertising route, but they don't know the first thing about advertising. Depending on which department you are in, you either have zero work to do or there are unreasonable demands placed on you from management to kiss up to the one client. That's what happens when you only have on spoon to feed you. They try to get more work and basically try for anything and everything...mostly project based work that is unreasonable and small stuff. Even if you are desperate for a job, do yourself a favor and do not work here. If I can steer away one person from this awful place, I have done my job.

Pros

No complaints. It’s a call center job so you know what your getting into. They really strive to make it the best it can be.

Cons

It’s a call center job so the work can be a little monotonous. But you know that well before you sign up. It’s not really a con.

Pros

Free Snacks, Baseball games, Margarita parties, health insurance, paid vacation, snacks, awesome coworkers

Cons

Iostudio prides itself on its very few reputable clients. As a result, things can go from feast to famine very quickly. This results in creative, intelligent employees being released to accommodate the bottom line. It doesn't matter if they are high performers who could contribute to a new money making initiative, a fantastic designer that moved half way across the country, or an awesomely talented pregnant woman, they have no remorse in cutting someone loose for their own benefit. The partners are completely removed and have no empathy for these decisions made at the ground level that dictate work quality. As a result, you can expect the same treatment if you take a job here. Please note the very consistent negative comments made here. They are very reliable and consistent. Please, don't take a job here out of desperation. It is not worth it.
