Pros

Work from home. Almost everyone works from home since there are not a formal office.

Cons

- Management has no clue of what they are doing. - IOS is just applying to any kind of project without any focus. It is more about volume than quality of work. - No company culture. - No CRM, we even use personal Skype for meetings. The only thing we use is Google Drive, not even SharePoint. - We always have issues with IT and emails. No one is willing to invest in proper software, which is quite pathetic. - The CEO is the only brain behind the company and is truly passionate about his industry.

Pros

Great exposure to international development at a small business that provides the opportunity to embark on you career at entry-level while completing substantial activities. They will quickly immerse you in activities integral to the success of proposals across multiple sectors, practice areas, and donor agencies, including assisting in technical approach development, team-building through expert consultant engagement, and participating in prestigious conferences and events.

Cons

Must be a motivated employee willing to work long hours (sometimes weekends) and immerse yourself in material outside of your university background as they will seek to involve you in proposals for projects in a diverse range of sectors (agriculture, aviation, trade and investment, private sector development, ports & maritime, public sector governance, etc.).

Cons

It lacks structure and organization. Very junior staff.
