You get recognised for the work you are involved in and higher ups are always grateful for what you do. It's a very positive work environment.

It can be very full on at times and slightly overwhelming with workload (but this could also be a pro if you enjoy that environment). If you're not familiar with the industry, the product Ionix produce can be very confusing to get your head around.
