Family comes first is probably the best thing about the company.

8am to 5pm kind of stinks but that's what the hours thier clients work. Other then that not much to complain about.

Not a long term employment opportunity as burnout happens quickly. Management lacks direction and overall consistency. Office environment is chaotic, leadership is absent more often than not. Pay and benefits are lacking and are not equal to the rest of the industry. Expected skillset does not match salary offering. You will work more than 40 but get paid for 40. They will pay you a "stipend" to assist with purchasing health insurance, but this does not begin to cover the costs associated with this. Look for a company that offers regular health insurance/dental/vision and retirement.
