      Pros

      There is a balance to work and life when not rushed or overwhelmed with arbitrary deadlines. Pay good on par; but benefits are substandard and always changing. Growing, with pains. CEO has finger on market.

      Cons

      Lack of focus on maintaining a supportable roadmap. Knowledgeable leadership but has unrealistic expectations. Overbearing persnickety supervision. Lack of oversight from senior management to middle management. There is a culture of longer term staff that dismisses newer team member; as if you don't know what you are doing or understanding the business. Senior/higher level leaders do not do a good job of managing down a level or communicating.

      Pros

      Interesting data and LOTS of it. Lots of room for trying techniques. The company very much wants to be on the cutting edge and wants people who can test things out quickly. There is still some culture of remote work and work-life balance but it is diminishing.

      Cons

      In 2025, there were layoffs at the beginning of the year. The company did not do a good job in communicating to the other employees that this happened or why. The loudest people are listened to the most, the DS team specifically fails consistent stable workers who are not working on the cool new thing. The culture has become more "traditional" and "corporate" over the past couple years and thus less flexible. Employees are not trusted as adults and there is a push for local RTO even though a huge number of people are remote throughout the US and have been for many years.
