Pros
* Capable, intelligent co-workers.
* Comradare with co-workers based on mutual suffering.
Cons
* Career dead end. PRFS is a very niche industry and you will have great difficulty leaving the field.
* CEO is verbally very aggressive, some would consider abusive. Hammers his direct contacts, which is paid forward to next level and so on.
* CEO is greedy. You will be billed to clients at an hourly rate that is much higher than your wage converted to an hourly rate.
* Top 10% performers move, everyone else is given mind-numbing tasks.
* Approved vacation is subject to change at direction of management. (Work tasks may be considered more important than your vacation. No compensation for existing arrangements given.)
* High performers speak poorly of low performers. If you are not quick in your work, more time is expected. Adversarial culture inevitable.
