Pros

You get to network with great people who enrol as students. Not sure why they’d choose to do a course at Inzpira when there are far superior organisations!

Cons

I took up the role at Inzpira and was extremely hesitant about it because of all the bad reviews I saw on linked in , glassdoor and ambition box. Unfortunately I didn’t pay heed to it, and took up the opportunity because after that there were a few positive reviews. It’s been the most stressful, frustrating experience to say the least dealing with an incompetent management as Inzpiras. There’s ZERO transparency and ZERO growth! 1. They DO NOT pay salaries on time, it was only the first two to three months that I got paid on time after which my salary was always delayed. There was no communication on this, and a lot of the times my messages were ignored by the so called “team lead” , with absolutely no clarity on when it would be disbursed. Things took an ugly turn when my salary was delayed by 2.5 to 3 months only because I threatened legal action. This sadly was not only the case with me but also other colleagues. Some who still haven’t gotten paid for all the hard work they’ve put in. It was a mammoth task to be able to get my payout, something that I can’t think of going through again. 2. They don’t provide you with experience letters or pay slips (for part time employees) so there’s no proof of you working there. Take screenshots of everything and I mean everything if you still choose to work with this company despite reading all the negative reviews for proof! 3. They remove access from platforms that you use with zero warning or notice. One day you’re an employee the next you’re not! 4. It’s a toxic, toxic environment, speak to an ex-employee and they’ll chronicle their experiences for you in great detail. It’s always one sided, they expect you to keep to deadlines, create content and curriculum and basically revamp everything , but take all the credit for it of course! 5. There are far superior companies that you can opt for as a student or a trainer, that’s way more recognised. 6. It’s the most monotonous job on the planet, towards the end of it, it felt mostly robotic, the same methods of teaching, almost like you’ve memorised each lesson. 7. There’s barely any appreciation and they certainly don’t know how treat employees that go above and beyond to make this a success. 8. To put it simply: it’s a joke!!

Pros

"Still waiting for my 3 months of pending salary from 2023. It’s been over 3 year since I resigned, and the company continues to ignore my requests for my own earned money. Extremely unprofessional handling of employee settlements.

Cons

Not recomending to anyone, worst company.
