Pros

You will have the opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities, which can accelerate your learning curve if you are self-motivated.

Cons

Employees are consistently expected to handle excessive workloads and responsibilities far beyond their pay grade and job description. This is framed as a "growth opportunity," but it leads to burnout without any tangible compensation or recognition. · The salary and benefits are below industry standards. All requests for appraisals or fair compensation are met with the excuse of "poor company finances," despite employees being overworked to drive company outcomes. This creates a feeling of being exploited. · If you raise these legitimate concerns, you will be ghosted. HR and leadership will completely cease communication rather than address the issues, showing a total lack of respect and professionalism. · Leadership avoids factual discussions and accountability at all costs. The culture is built on extracting maximum work for minimum cost, leading to high frustration and distrust among employees. - JOIN THE COMPANY NOW AND REGRET FOREVER

Pros

I’ve been at Inzint for more than two years now. It’s definitely not ordinary. You don’t get babysat here. You get handed real projects, real problems, and real clients right from the start. At first, it’s overwhelming. Then it becomes addictive. You actually get to do the things in your first year that your friends in other companies would do after 5 years. The leaders are deeply involved sometimes more than you expect. You can never get invisible here, not even for a single day. Someone’s always looking at your work, giving feedback, pushing you to think sharper. It can feel intense, but it’s also the reason you improve so quickly. Inzint is for those who want to learn how tech, business, and people actually come together in the real world. You’ll make mistakes, fix them, ship things that matter, and sometimes argue with your seniors.

Cons

If want to join a company and become invisible, doing bare minimum to get salary every month, Inzint is not for you.
