      I enjoyed working at a big organization which had good safety trainings, allowed us to use company vehicles, etc.

      A bit of bureacracy with getting paychecks set up and things of that sort

      Pros

      Great place to work, nice people & caring staff. One of the best run counties I have encountered, even though they are small in size. People are hardworking and genuinely care about their community and the work that they do.

      Small budget because of small revenue. Tiny county.
