      Pros

      Diversity in technology used. Lot to learn and contribute. Small company culture. Mid level management hardworking. Easy to make a mark with enough hard work. Encouraging environment.

      Cons

      Politics in upper level management make it hard to work. Sometimes you feel they are not truthful about company road map.
