Pros

-Strong ML and engineering teams -New customers being onboarded constantly -Fast paced. Updates and fixes happen in short cycles -Not political. Folks just focus on getting the work done and don't compete with each other -Great place to learn and grow, since most people wear many hats

Cons

-Can be too intense for some, there are never really lulls or slow periods so expect to work a lot

Pros

- You'll learn a lot - Pay is good for a startup. - "in it to win it" mentality - Very smart and hardworking colleagues - Excellent tech

Cons

- Significant employee turnover and generally short retention rates amongst newer employees vs old hires. Many employees don't make it past a few months due to leaving or getting fired. - Recent layoffs impacted well-performing staff and contradicted earlier stated financial stability and long runway claims. - The company expects high dedication and effort but seems to treat employment as harshly transactional and as long is it fits their objective current bottom line, offering minimal loyalty or stability in exchange. You are not a long-term investment unless you're one of the more longstanding employees (maybe). - Most people are relieved when they leave, regardless of how it happens.

Thank you for your feedback. We're focused on creating an environment where people can do the best work of their careers. We're building state-of-the-art technology that demands world-class talent, so we hold a very high bar. The people performing at that level are staying and growing with us. We recognize this standard isn't the right fit for everyone, and we respect that. To be clear, our recent structural changes were strategic, not financial. The company is well-capitalized with a strong runway. As the industry evolves and the skills it demands keep shifting, we're shaping our teams to maintain our technical edge. If you're open to it, we'd welcome a direct conversation to better understand your experience and learn how we can continue improving.
