Worst Company Ever to work with - Anonymous employee Inwizards Employee Review

1) You get salary after 15th of the month,sometimes after 20th. 2) No Food facility, not even Tea or Coffee served by company. 3) No Cultural or Team Building activities . 4) No Gender equality. They don't hire girls because Girls can't serve more than 9 hrs (Office works). Constantly they will bully you to not serving much time in office results in employee turnover. 5) Insane work Hours , Absolutely no Work /Life balance . They will ask you to work on Saturday/Sunday too. You will hate life while working here.Could not think of a worse job or place to work. 6) No big projects to work on. 7) No personnel training or appreciation for good work. 8) Employees are treated terribly ,overworked and under-appreciated by employer. 9) Employees are treated as money -making machine. They could decide your lunch time according to their need . Forget your meal if you are working on some important project. 10)You will be on watch during the office hours.
