      Pros

      I worked with Invonto for almost 4 years as a senior software developer. Company environment was a typical startup environment, fast paced and flexible. Most of the team members and management was supportive. At Invonto I worked on several challenging projects for some of the well known companies. We were also working on cutting edge technologies which helped me keep my skills relevant and marketable. My experience with Invonto helped me advance in my career rapidly which I don't think I could have achieved elsewhere. I will always be grateful for the opportunity.

      Nothing specific...challenges that come along with working in a small team / startup environment.

      Dear Former Employee, Thank you for your review and your advice. Just like any other business, we've also made a few bad hiring decisions and run into difficult employees that took advantage of our flex time and wfh policies. We understand that this affects overall team morale, especially morale of the team members like you that are sincere with their work. Those employees are dealt with (the outcome of which is evident in some of the reviews here). Such experiences haven't deterred us from continuing to offer a flexible and nurturing work environment. We believe that issues with individuals shouldn't affect what we are striving to do as a group. Please stop by to see our new corporate office when you are in the area. It will be great to catch up.

      Pros

      Invonto is a software development agency invested in producing quality products and services for forward-minded enterprises. After a year overseeing marketing at Invonto, I'm happy to say that I've thus far enjoyed my time on the team. The atmosphere is collaborative and never overbearing. We are highly productive throughout the day. I'm allowed to take ownership of my work without micromanagement. Management welcomes new ideas and insights from the talent it hires. I've never felt like my ideas were dismissed or overlooked. While we work hard, the environment is casual. The focus is always on the tasks at hand, but coworkers get to mingle and are not reprimanded for doing so. The new office space is great offering plenty of room for all employees to collaborate without feeling constrained to a cubicle. I've enjoyed getting a chance to tinker with emerging tech built by the team like augmented reality apps. Management is very understanding of the personal lives of each employee and works to be as flexible as possible to meet work/life balance needs. The company has established a foundation for growth to those willing to work hard for it. Overall the workplace is positive and healthy.
