      Pros

      Great people to work with. Interesting work. Good work environment. Flat Hierarchy. No strict timing The company is getting bigger, but still small enough to be able to know many people.

      Cons

      Right now this is what I can think of- Average base pay. No ESOP, bonus or stock compensation.

      Global team - coworkers all over the world Fantastic senior management Can be involved in a little bit of everything in the company - great for learning new skills!
