      - Really good exposure to the world of affiliate marketing - Able to learn and gain experience across multiple functions (BD, finance, tech, ops) - We are encouraged and enabled to explore our own ideas - Good team environment

      Cons

      - Can be challenging to work cross-department - Expectations are high and things move very fast at times - Overall still good experience

      Have many things to learn and get to know more brands such as Shopee, aliexpress,etc

      Cons

      Internal communication especially to Ops team is veryyy veryyy difficult. Do not feedback accordingly. Need to talk to them very very very very detail only they understand, and they still use their tech terms lol
