I recently joined Invixium as a Senior Copywriter working within the Marketing team. Before delving into the company’s operations, I would first like to give a shout-out to its fair, straightforward, and transparent hiring policy. I applied for the position via LinkedIn, and I got a prompt response from the team (within a day) which is usually not heard of. I was briefed about the multiple rounds in the beginning, was informed about the interview panel ensuring I was well-prepared for each interaction, and was given immediate feedback after each round. This is not a common practice amongst most companies, and it sets Invixium apart from the norm in the regular corporate landscape. It’s been almost a month since I joined, and I am so glad to start my professional journey in Canada with a company that gives you ample opportunities to prove your metal. The other thing that is noteworthy and should definitely be pointed out is that they foster an environment where the management is not only approachable and supportive but remarkably empathetic towards your circumstances. I am thrilled to be a part of this firm. Only upwards and onwards from here.
