      Flexible working hours some options for working from home when needed The job itself was straightforwards

      Cons

      The head of the company is a bully, avoid the company at all cost. You may end up finding yourself being threatened even when you've not done anything to deserve it. You will be used for your abilities then kicked to the curb.

      - Fair Salaries - Good Products - Private Health Insurance - Some great employees from the old company

      Cons

      - Used to have good values (eco friendly, care about each other) but since being bought over, only seem to care about profits, KPIs. - Very little support, expected to do everything on your own. - Very cold culture, no motivation to organise team building events
