Pros
If you are looking for that vibrant, start-up vibe in a company that's established and growing, InvitedHome is the place. I was not searching for a new role when the recruiter reached out to me about this position, but the more I learned about the company and leadership I was intrigued. The culture is very collaborative and the energy is high! The luxury vacation rental business is exciting to work in and is a new industry for me. We have seasoned people in this field as well as others who have brought their talents from other industries - a great mix. Two of my favorite things about my job in particular is working with our teams in the destinations and getting to know our property owners.
Cons
The only downside for me is that all of my coworkers would be so fun to see more often! I travel to the destinations to work with them several times a year, but they are great people and would love to see them more.
