      Great pay, great people to work with, and I feel I have developed the most with this company in my 12+ years experience in property management.

      Cons

      Wish there were more opportunities to collaborate and gather with people in the same roles from other markets. We had a bootcamp last year and it was so beneficial!

      the commute is 2-2.5 hours roundtrip everyday, and it's going to get worse residents can be intense
