This company highly values entrepreneurship, meaning if you are the type to pursue more than meeting expectations for your role, you will be recognized and rewarded. We're able to work remotely which is also a big plus. Most of the people here are friendly and supportive of the team as a whole, it doesn't feel competitive or toxic.

It's a smaller firm so the benefits are sufficient but wish there were more fringe benefits.
