Pros

To be completely honest, absolutely none that I have seen.

Cons

I was contacted after submitting my CV months prior, suddenly being told they needed to urgently onboard people. Within days, I completed a rigorous screening process, tests, training, onboarding, under serious time pressure, only because they said it was urgent. I passed everything and was ready to start tasking. Then, on the very day I began working officially, they asked for my proof of residence and bank details. I provided it immediately and in good faith. A few days later, they sent me an email abruptly ending my contract, stating they “don’t hire from the country I live in.” The worst part is, my country of residence was clearly stated on my CV, in my onboarding paperwork, and in all the information they had access to from the start. I didn't suddenly switch countries. They simply ignored it. They rushed the onboarding process to serve their own timeline and only bothered to check eligibility after I had invested my time and energy. I gave them my time, my energy, and my trust. They gave me absolutely nothing in return—except disrespect. No responsibility taken. No apology. No acknowledgment of the effort I put in or the success I demonstrated. Invisible Technologies is not just disorganized, they are exploitative. I’ve never dealt with a more careless, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional group of people.

Pros

- Payments are on time. - Flexible work (you can work according to your schedule).

Cons

I personally wouldn't recommend this position or company to someone else. The projects end very abruptly, often without notice, leaving employees with significant uncertainty and anxiety during the project. Additionally, there's a lack of culture, partially because it's remote and also because of the nature of the projects. They really push for a kumbaya type of cohesion, but it's difficult to achieve given that projects end so abruptly and the turnover rate is so high. Secondly, I've noticed that hiring is often based on whether you're well-liked rather than on your individual merit, how long you've been at the company, or your experience. This is evident in how some of the leadership seems to lack leadership experience. Finally, the pay is fairly low for what the project requires.
