Pros
The only pros is it allows remote work. But it is also very supervised.
Cons
They hire agents in bulk even when there is no project. They have one of the worst hiring processes which has almost zero human interactions. They provide very bad training. There is no communication between agents and managers. Agents are simply like low-class labor who can be removed at anytime. They remove lots of agents every week as they do not have a project to assign them. Yet they keep on recruiting a large number of agents.
