Pros

The team was amazing and was all hired by Sarah Bosworth who hand picked every single team member. She created the best team ive ever worked with. the talent was incredible

Cons

I would NOT recommend working here. The leadership culture is so awful and I wouldn't be surprised if they start getting sued for how they treat their team. The CEO is extremely condescending and overly controlling, which creates a stressful environment and very little psychological safety. The leadership team does not advocate for their people and tends to follow directives rather than support or protect the team. Despite being in a leadership role, Monica has not provided meaningful support or guidance to the team. There is little clarity, direction, or advocacy, which has contributed to low morale and high turnover. Rather than leading, she often simply follows instructions without protecting the team or helping solve problems. The workload is consistently unsustainable, often exceeding 60+ hours per week. Team members have limited autonomy and experience heavy micromanagement. Compensation is another concern — you are not paid what your work is worth, and leadership often tries to negotiate rates down as much as possible. There has also been high turnover — I’ve seen multiple people leave within a short timeframe, which affects morale and continuity. Roles and leadership responsibilities are unclear, and decision-making frequently feels reactive rather than "strategic". Overall, it has been one of the most difficult work environments I’ve experienced, with minimal emphasis on employee well-being, growth, or fair compensation. It may seem like they have cool projects going on but everyone is miserable.
