Pros
Was the name change to try to get away from the old stigma? If so, then the old problems should have been looked at. Trickle down doesn't work in a company any better than it for an economy. No pay transparency anywhere. Leaders and managers are getting bigger yearly bonuses than most employees get in yearly wages.
Cons
Mediocre insurance, no vacation, people only matter if they're above middle management.
