Pros

I found it to be a really fun and interesting place to work. Everyone who works there is really knowledgeable and the technology is really interesting. It was a fast pace environment, and exposes you to many different faucets of engineering.

Cons

N/A I really enjoyed my time ehre

Pros

- Highly competent, friendly, and supportive co-workers (at all levels) - Good technology: a worthwhile alternative to lithium-ion energy storage for certain stationary storage applications - remote-work friendly

Cons

- influence on company direction and opportunities for advancement seem highly concentrated in regions where they have the most employees (UK, British Columbia) - insufficient investment in regions well-known to strong and growing markets for energy storage (Texas, New York, Mid-Atlantic) - must overcome significant pricing advantage enjoyed by lithium energy storage vendors

Pros

Exciting new technology that may even help the environment- purpose driven people, interesting staff with varied job roles, quite a lot of clever people and everyone happy to help.

Cons

Probably not the best hours (40pw) not the place for people who want to stay in their 'lane' it's still all hands to the wheel as the company scales . Better for those who love to get stuck in
