      The management strives to make you feel like part of a team from day one. It is hard work, but all of your needs are met and the leadership ensures you have the help you need.

      Cons

      Sometimes you don't get the shift you were scheduled for, and you won't know until you have already clocked in. Not really Invictus's fault, just the nature of the job.
