Pros
*Managers *Smart colleagues. I miss this part the most. *Ambitious people who want to learn and make money for the company. *Schedule is flexible if manager is okay with it, but not all managers are okay with it.
Cons
*Cubes are right on top of one another *Senior management is out of touch and terrible at budget management *This company is constantly reorganizing. I had 3-4 jobs at this place. If you like constant change, then maybe this will be a pro for you.
