Pros

My time at Investoo has already shown me how much the company values their employees. Since day one, when I was introduced on the company slack, all of the team have been welcoming, kind and helpful. The usual remote environment feels much more cohesive than previous employments I've had during the Covid / Remote working era. Flexibility of remote working has been hugely beneficial to me, but when I have gone down to the London office space I've been really surprised by how many company socials and wider office events and breakfasts have been available to us. The team-building in a remote environment has been excellent. The company promotes work-life-balance with bi-weekly half day Fridays, a holiday structure with extra days for length of service starting from the first year, as well as company health insurance, and development budgets and plans. 10/10 to work for!

Cons

The office can be a bit packed when events and socials are on. There's a lot of people who work abroad or remote so you might not meet everyone face to face for a while. This wouldn't work for someone who isn't committed to coming into the London office at least a few times a year to meet the team. The company is start-up environment driven, so if you're not prepared to work over and above, this company isn't for you.
