      Pros

      Small company, the decision makers are only an arms length away. Intimate feeling working with a small group.

      Cons

      Systems are poor, can get very frustrating when you are in the field trying to get things done. Systems are fragmented, and still use paperwork to execute a lot of business. They don't use more sophisticated products like, managed futures, hedge funds, etc. They don't use, even though they offer moneyguide. Very small time shop.

      Pros

      As an adviser, you can see how Management listened to the reps in the field to make their job easier! the new Technology Package, Products, National Conference venue, Satisfaction Surveys, Training, ease of On Boarding and Conversions have all been greatly improved to help the adviser transition to IPI. The most important aspect of IPI is their "family" "Good-To-Great" mentality and values. You are not a number or just another producing rep., and now they have a new business model that has Regional Directors in the field. You get much more direction, coaching and reporting for the banks and advisers than before. THEY LISTEN AND CHANGE for the better based upon our feedback!

      Cons

      Small firm but sound financially and professionally. Wouldn't think about going to a large broker/dealer.
