As an adviser, you can see how Management listened to the reps in the field to make their job easier! the new Technology Package, Products, National Conference venue, Satisfaction Surveys, Training, ease of On Boarding and Conversions have all been greatly improved to help the adviser transition to IPI.
The most important aspect of IPI is their "family" "Good-To-Great" mentality and values. You are not a number or just another producing rep., and now they have a new business model that has Regional Directors in the field. You get much more direction, coaching and reporting for the banks and advisers than before. THEY LISTEN AND CHANGE for the better based upon our feedback!
Cons
Small firm but sound financially and professionally. Wouldn't think about going to a large broker/dealer.
