Pros
Great culture, much better forums for individuals and teams to engage, discuss and solutionize (if that's a word!)😀 Alot of the staff are very supportive and overall, they are very aware of what their weaknesses are and are making efforts to address them
Cons
5 years behind with IT infrastructure. Development and projects do appear to need improving as the impact and priority of work is not consistent across business areas. Recruitment is more thorough which means slower so opportunities are missed and their engagement and interview style is still very antiquated. Culture and communication to staff needs to come from.the top down on all levels, consistently.
