      Good facilities and generally good people Great benefits for the right people

      Cons

      Management say they are open but communicate very carefully and never give you the full picture. Low salaries which use to be made up for with the good culture of the company. The culture has changed but the salaries stay the same. Too many good people have left or been forced out. No growth in the company.

      Pros

      Great culture with a relatively flat structure and easy access to senior management. They really do value their people a lot

      Cons

      Owners giving no direction for future of business. Not serious about putting their money where their mouth is. Buy something, replenish your pipeline and continue what is otherwise a great business.
