      There are some nice low-level colleagues

      Cons

      Bad technical and architectural choices, low code quality, poor technical and functional knowledge and no documentation, not trasparent management, technical leaders not skilled enough.

      Pros

      InvestCloud is on a great trajectory! Turning a tech company around takes time, but with the new management in place I am very hopeful that InvestCloud is on it's way to becoming a great place to work! I get to work with wonderful, smart people and have faith in the management of the company. Company offers unlimited PTO and has good health insurance options with low copays.

      Cons

      Turnarounds take time, and are not always fun. Hanging in there I am sure will be worth it though!
