nothing much except that you have to spend most of your time in activities like HOW TO FOOL MANAGEMENT AND DEAN's etc. NO INCREMENT, POOR SALARY, TOO MUCH POLITICS, illiterate MANAGEMENT.
Cons
poor development of students as well as faculty. it follows a 3 tier system. TOP management tries to fool students and get their money. Dean's fool management showing that they are working hard. faculty fools mid-management.
