Pros

There are 2 pros: 1. You would get a fantastic experience in dealing with a boss who is unnecessarily hard to work with. 2. Since there isn't any order which is put into place you will be asked to do multiple things at any time out of your purview, Hence you will be forced to get better at multitasking.

Cons

Quite a few cons, but I'll put the ones I remember: 1. No growth. 2. The salary is not concurrent to the type of work which everyone is made to do. 3. People have been unceremoniously let go after they put in a lot of hard work. Once you witness this, you will ask yourself the question of why are working here. 4. Public Holidays don't exist. 5. Higher management takes extra interest in micromanagement. 6. Calls at an odd hour are the Norm. 7. To quote one of the directors " we are paying the vendor and we will try to squeeze as many services as possible". The company will pay you too, I don't have to say more.

Pros

The work was fun - and lot of scope to do things creatively. You understand and get to work on projects on multiple departments.

Cons

- Micromanaging : From telling you how to plan your day, to asking you to provide updates every day and grill you why you didn't complete x and y task, they want to control everything. - Obvious favoritism: It was very clear that some employees were favoured more than the others and will gain the appreciation even if you worked hard at something. - Odd working hours: Expecting you to work on sundays, or late nights, and early mornings, even if you are unwell - you must work. - Tight deadlines: Will give you 2 hours to complete something which will take 5 hours and then tell you or gaslight you that you can't manage time properly.
